If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on wardrobefantasy.com, please send us a request at info@wardrobefantasy.com for a return authorization. We will get to you back with the return address and further instructions.

No refunds are accepted however we do offer exchanges or gift cards worth the amount of the item(s) you returned, so you can place another order. Credit notes have no expire date. 

All items must have all tags attached.

Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Customers must cover return shipping costs. – please send using a tracked shipping method.
